Chef Luca Gubelli - when love for mountains is expressed through food

Luca Gubelli


Born in 1972, originally from Milan, Luca Gubelli spent many years learning from and working with Chef Paolo Vai of the Royal Hotel of Courmayeur. After his extensive experience at Royal Hotel, Luca then ran some of Italy's most renowned kitchens, such as Croce d’Oro and lately Orti di Leonardo. Luca is now in Champoluc as Executive Chef of CampZero.

Curiosity and constant research are the driving inspiration behind Luca's cousine: the combination of traditional Italian recipes with international flavours and genuine, locally sourced ingredients, creates innovative, well-rounded and delicious dishes. You will not be disappointed.
