Choosing fresh local produce is the core philosophy of campZero Summit Restaurant cuisine. We choose only the best local companies to have their finest products to be prepared and served in our restaurants.
Honored to have a precious guest in the kitchen for this special evening, the starred chef Fabio Iacovone (1*Michelin Guide) from the Hotel Bellevue in Cogne. Fabio, along with the capable hands of our executive chef Luca Gubelli, will give life to amazing dishes out of these produce of excellence.
A soiree dedicated to tasty food and great wine:
from 18:30 Aperitif at our Champagnerie, where amazing bubbles will be accompanied by 4 finger foods created exclusively for the event
from 20:00 “4 hands dinner” at our gourmet Summit Restaurant with a dedicated menu prepared by the two chefs together
