Opened on July 2018, the Summit Restaurant proposes a variety of menus with a mix of contemporary cuisine with strong local regional traits. Dining at the Summit is a real experience: a sapient and tasty bond of national and international flavors, to be enjoyed in an elegant cozy setting decorated with unexpected reinterpretations of Aostan decorations. Summit is for refined palates who seek exceptional food accompanied with special wines. The wine list allows guests to choose the perfect combination within 800 labels.

The taste of perfection
A little gem has sprout inside the campZero Summit Restaurant, the new Champagnerie. A special corner to enjoy oysters and champagne in an informal setting with a sophisticated touch.
The Champagnerie is the exclusive space for aperitifs. With only 10 spots, you will be served tremendous bubbles while enjoying the preparation of the gourmet canapes by our chef, in front of your eyes.
Open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 5 pm. Reservation is appreciated.
The perfect place to chill
The Cliffhanger's Grill is our brasserie, with a lively, warm and convivial atmosphere. Open also to clients not staying in the hotel, the Cliffhanger's proposes a menu rooted in the local tradition, reinterpreted in a modern key by our chef. You can find specialties of the Italian cuisine, with attention to meals cooked in our special charcoal oven, the Josper. At the Cliff you can also enjoy the buffet breakfast, on reservation.
Open for breakfast from 7:00 to 10:30, for lunch from 12:30 to 14:30 and for dinner from 19:00 to 22:00.

Chef Luca Gubelli - expressing a love for the mountains through food
Following his apprenticeship under Chef Paolo Vai of the Royal Hotel of Courmayeur and his experiences running some of Italy's most renowned kitchens, such as Orti di Leonardo and Croce d'Oro, Luca Gubelli came to Champoluc as Executive Chef of CampZero.
Curiosity and constant research are the driving inspiration behind Luca's cuisine: the combination of traditional Italian recipes with international flavours and authentic, locally sourced ingredients creates deliciously innovative and well-rounded dishes. You will not be disappointed.
